Bios is locked and one cannot install windows 11 on those, as the vendor does not provide a bios upgrade procedure.

Excellent matériel une fois corrigée un SSD défectueux. Joyce au service Client a été d'une aide très appréciable tout au long de la procédure d'identification du défaut, d'échange de la pièce et de réinstallation. Tous les tutoriels nécessaires ont été fournis et l'assistance en ligne par Skype a été particulièrement efficace. Je remercie Joyce tout particulièrement.

Where to get BIOS and firmware updates?

Same issue, black screen on games, some times restart. Seems that components overheat and PSU is not enough.

I purchased this mini pc as for being my home Linux server and it's quite powerful.
I do really like the fact that there is absolute silence :)

3 mini pc bought including 2 more than a year ago, perfect functioning no problem encountered.

Delivery was on time. The hardware was exactly as ordered. Fanless but still runs cool. The 12VDC input is a nice feature for alternate power sources. Two Ethernet ports, WiFi, Bluetooth, and front and back USB ports makes for easy interfacing. The serial ports interface to some older hardware of mine, making the PC more versatile. Have not used the optical audio port yet but good to have. Appreciated the options for storage and RAM when ordering. Very helpful sales representative. Recommended.
